Gifted Potential is a Digital Art brand that offers an optional free cannabis gift.
“Can I Buy weed in D.C. ?”
Cannabis is LEGAL for recreational use in D.C. and you are able possess two ounces or less of cannabis.
“Does it matter if i am from a different city or state ?”
No. You only have to be 21 years older.
“Can I Buy weed in Maryland ?”
Cannabis is Legal for recreational use in Maryland. You are able to possess 1.5 ounces or less of cannabis.
“What does I-71 compliant mean ?”
Initiative 71 is DC’s marijuana decriminalization law. Adults over 21 are legally allowed to possess up to 2 ounces of marijuana. Although the sale of marijuana and THC products is still illegal, it is perfectly legal for an adult to gift up to an ounce to another adult.
“when will my order be delivered ?”
After placing an order, a confirmation message will be sent via txt when we receive your order. Once our inventory team fills your order, our delivery driver will send another txt to determine a delivery time & location. Orders can take up to 48hrs for delivery.
“WHat do i need to place a order ?”
All we require is your email & phone number to schedule your delivery.

We deliver throughout D.C, Maryland and Northern Virginia.
“if you don’t sell weed, what do you sell ?”
We sell digital art as well as merchandise.
“DO you offer a refund or an exchange ?”
